Mr. Rome Thalop is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of The Thalop Group Inc., a nationwide real estate development and investment firm established in 2018. He leads residential and commercial projects that prioritize community growth and long-term impact.​ He also serves as Founder & Trustee of The Thalop Foundation, supporting initiatives in education, mental health, and community development. Within the Burmese and Chin communities, Mr. Thalop has advanced access to education and mental-health resources in Central Indiana and beyond. He is Head of Government Affairs at Chatham Row Advisory, where he drives strategic government relations and policy advocacy. A frequent speaker on leadership, development, and community-driven investment, Mr. Thalop collaborates with business and civic leaders and is an active philanthropist. Outside of work, he values time with family and activities that promote mental and physical wellness.
